南京春辉科技实业有限公司（以下简称春辉公司）是由南京玻璃纤维研究设计院第三研究所于1997年元月改制而成，注册资本368万元，专业从事各种非通讯光学纤维的研制生产与开发，是工程技术研究开发中心非通讯光纤及制品技术开发基地，从事光学纤维新材料、新工艺、新产品的研发工作，多年来已完成及部省科项目40余顶；春辉公司经过近四年的发展，公司股本迅速增值，2000年9月底，经评估后股本的每股净资产达6.23元，增值速度十分迅猛，2002年年创收利税为1100万元，2003年年底，浦口高新技术开发区春辉科技园将投入使用。
